Telàhi and Castwelece, the most important cities on the island were deeply affected. Castwelece seems more affected, according to local historian Hūên Gūbśc. He said to the National Journal: "This sort of activity has not been documented or seen. We should be concerned." The National Medical Consortium have advised people to stay indoors during this period of volcanic activity.
